I took some video the other day, and I think my technique is coming along. It's slower than I would like, but I think I can see some progress. The foot is less flexed, and I think I can see the back leg is slightly less than dead straight. That's in the slow run. In the fast run, you can see it all goes to hell.
Training is coming along. I'm still getting some PF, and some hamstring strain. I figure I just can't wait to perfect the technique anymore, and as long as I listen to my body, I can manage these things. I'm still doing drills 3-4x week, so it'll come.
