Another wacky workout today. I did 8 or so minutes of jogging, a bunch of drills and short runs, a few laps around the track, easy, barefoot, on grass, and then 4 fast 100s, and then 15 minutes cool down. I gotta get a goal and a program. Maybe I'll think about that this weekend.
