Hi Erin,
To me you look like there is still a lot of power going into your running, the stride length looks too long and your rear leg is lagging. It also looks like you have a permanently too-bent knee. I had this and it was from bending from the waist. However, I think the main thing is stride length. Maybe you should try the baby-steps routine where you literally take tiny steps and really try and feel youself falling forward from support.
I know the frustration in not running, but if you are serious in changing to Pose (which I think you are), a bucket-full of patience is required.
I am just getting back to my pre-pose training distances after 8 months, but I'll tell you this much, I am running faster and easier than I did before, and I know I still have plenty to learn.
Hope this helps

Hey Erin,
I think Glyn's right -- there's a stride length issue. And I don't think you're pulling as much as you are pushing. The sound of your feet scuffling may be a clue.
But why ask us -- why not send it in to Pose -- put it on the new video page or whatever, and get some expert comment.
BTW, nice lean!
